Die Finca liegt an sich in einer toller Naturidyille aber die gegebenen Rahmenbindungen machten es schwierig den Urlaub stressfrei zu genießen"

"We sincerely advice not to book this location. From the pictures it looked very nice, also first contact to landlord was acceptable. But then the issues started. Due to lack of hygiene in the house there have been big black insects everywhere: in our beds, in the clothes, on the floor - everywhere - as of day 1. on day 2, due to burst pipe, the wäre was everywhere. We had to move out immediately. The landlord was totally rude, not supportive and currently still refuses to compensate us...

"This property is incredible. The views over Florence are beautiful at all hours of the day, but we especially loved hearing the church chimes in the morning. The beds are comfortable, the house is spacious. The property is secluded and peaceful, yet it is only 15 minutes up the hill from Florence. Fiesole is about 15 minutes away and not to be missed. The pool was perfect on the near-100 degree days. We hated to leave!"

Die Küche verfügt über alles was man braucht und es gibt ausreichend Terrassen um zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit einen schönen Rückzugsort zu finden. Und die Sonnenuntergänge sind immer wieder malerisch. Lediglich die Zufahrt zum Haus ist wirklich herausfordernd und beschwerlich; man braucht schon einigen Mut um sie zu bezwingen! Wir...

"We had an amazing stay at Villa Peramonda. Francesco was wonderful and very responsive. It was nice to have out little hide away from busy Florence. Fiesole is a great little town with good food options as well. "
