"This is a solid hotel in a great location on the Coralville Strip. The breakfasts are pretty comparable to those at other hotels. It has a small, but serviceable pool, and the rooms are quiet. My only issue is that there could be some updating done, but other than that, I would happily book another stay there! "

"Property is clean which is why I provided 3 stars overall. Mattress/bed was well past its lifespan. Property in general needs some maintenance to fix little things here and there. Staff were polite but not overly friendly by any stretch. Would stay here again if they replaced the mattresses. Instant coffee only, this nearly pushed me to 2 star review… iced lemon water in the lobby redeemed them."
