"The townhome was perfect for our family. I want to warn others that the air conditioner has trouble cooling the 3rd floor and office/bedroom. Basement stayed cold indicating the unit is not balanced.You need to leave the door open to keep it somewhat cool. "

"Our entire family (4 adults 2 children a dog!) needed a place for a long weekend while in town for a graduation. We wanted a location with access to Denver, and within an hour drive of Ft. Collins for the CSU activities. This was the perfect option. The kids *LOVED* the lower level game room and Mario/Toy Story themed bedrooms. The adults enjoyed relaxing after a long day in the hot tub after putting the kids down for the night. Our only regret was that we were visiting too early in the season...
