"Hosts offered to pickus up at airport. Accepted offer but no show. Cutlery supplied 2 cups 2 plastic glasses. We puchased crockery and cutlery. No hot water for 5 days, therefore no shower. Kettle died, replacement disgusting full of scale and leaked. Aircon didnot work a lot of noise for nil. Left cleaning solution in cups but no rinsing. I drank water from the cup not realising this and it took my mouth and tongue 2 days to get over burn. No response. Always will "look into " Finally told " be...

"The staff here were amazing. Everyone was so friendly really making sure they we had everything we need, from the restaurant crew to the front desk team to the drivers. 5 star service. Only downside was there are so many stairs to get up and down. If you are not in great shape or have someone older this should be a factor as it did have a negative impact. "

"The apartment on the top floor was amazing. The view was incredible, the bed was comfortable, and the stairs to the place got us in shape :) it was centrally located and easy to get to Fira in about 15 minutes as well as Oia walking in 3 hours. It was far enough away from the busy and fun town of Fira for shopping and bus transfers to Kamari beach and Akrotiri site but close enough to get there either along the waters edge (20-25 mins due to photos and tourists, 15minutes along main road)....
