"Overall rooms were very good and excellent view of caldera. We had booked 6 rooms. Two rooms had beds that you have to climb to get in. Not comfortable for 60+ years olds. Breakfast was excellent and delivered to the room on time. Staff are excellent and always helpful. "

The staff told us everything we needed to know and showed us the free mini bar which included wine,water,beer,cola and peanuts. "The location is close to everything and the place is updated and better than photos show. There is some steps to get down to the place but they provide a porter to help with luggage. Staff is super friendly and always there to assist you. They even have a menu if you want something to eat or drink while there. The view is beautiful and very relaxing"

The breakfast provided is actually a real breakfast and not just a coffee and croissant. They were able to check us in early which was helpful since our flight arrives earlier on.
