"We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is absolutely beautiful, and the location is incredible, right by Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, making it the perfect place to stay while exploring the area and its breathtaking sights. What truly made our experience special was the staff. Everyone was so accommodating, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, especially when it came to navigating the parks, planning our visits, and figuring out the best sights to see. A special thank you to Chelsea, who was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. She was so kind, thoughtful, and helpful, and we genuinely appreciated everything she did for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. We would love to come back!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The personal butler service was excellent. Our butler helped us arrange park tickets, laundry, and our daily itinerary, which made everything so easy and convenient. The hotel was modern with rooms equipped with latest technology. It was just a short walk to the east entrance of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park."

"We had room 301. Amazing views but the treadmill didn't work. The room was very clean and had a nice platform to drink tea and enjoy the views. There is also a jacuzzi to enjoy. The room is very big and spacious."

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. A special thanks to the boss lady and the lovely front desk girl who greeted me every morning with such warmth and sunshine-like positivity. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the breakfast was very good. Everything felt organized and comfortable. The only issue was that the room I received looked nothing like the one shown in the booking photos. The advertised images featured a luxury suite with a large window, mountain views, and a spacious layout. The actual room was considerably smaller, located on the ground floor, and had no view whatsoever. I understand that photos can sometimes differ, but the difference was significant enough to be disappointing. Despite that, the wonderful staff and overall quality of the property made for a good experience."

"If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Pandora Boutique Hotel isn't just beautiful -- it's the staff that makes this a truly wonderful experience. Zhangjiajie National Park can be difficult to do without a tour group, but the owner was extraordinary. She would lay out plans for us each night, from helping us with trip bookings to highlighting the best look-out spots to detailing bus routes that we needed to take down to the minute. I would also highly recommend eating at the hotel for dinner. The food is all made in-house (you can actually see the staff folding dumplings in the morning) and everything is absolutely delicious / is a super reasonable price. 11/10 would recommend. This is a must book if you're visiting the national park."
