"It was my birthday weekend and I was very disappointed! Check in was easy. When we got into our room, it clearly was not vacuumed -- small trash was evident in the bedroom. The carpet was so sticky so we wore our shoes the whole time.... unbelievable. The couch looked like it was REALLY worn in with stains so we didn't sit on it at all. Bed was comfy. Bathroom toilet was leaking the whole time on the floor, so gross (thankfully its tile or else it would have warped). The shower and next to the toilet had body hair follicles and it was SO gross!! We had a DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door, left for breakfast, came back to the maid cleaning our room!!! INCREDIBLY unprofessional and NOT OKAY!!! All my jewelry was on the sink and my purse with cash/credit cards on the table, it could have been stolen!! The walls were super thin -- we woke up the next morning at 7am to kids screaming and could hear the entire conversations of the guests next door -- WILD!! I had to bang on the wall for them to stop screaming and talking loud. We went to breakfast and there was literally overcooked eggs and sausage, spicy potatoes and fruit. The omelet line was INCREDIBLY long (had to wait for 30+ minutes for a 2 egg omelet). The coffee tasted like gas station coffee. The gym was great. The pool was SUPER murky and I was disappointed I couldn't swim because it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!"

"The room was very clean, and when I arrived at the hotel at 11 am, it was already available. I was only at the hotel for a short time because I was exploring the city, but every time I went, the staff was very friendly. They had people who spoke Spanish in case you don't understand English very well. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would stay there again."
