"We checked in and we were out in room 108. It was so noisy with the elevator and luggage carts. I went to front desk and we were immediately moved to another room. The rest of the stay was fantastic…the donuts 😍😍"

"Well equipped we only slept there for a few hours before flight out of sfb so we didnt use anything or the pool but the bed was good it was clean..negatives would be the bathtub...it needs a good cleaning with barskeepers and some bleach...we pyt a towel in the tub for our feet"

"Multiple problems with this property number one my air-conditioning didn’t work and I was not offered another room number two when I checked out and needed my receipt for reimbursement with my company. I did not get one. I am still waiting for a receipt so I can get reimbursement and I have still not gotten one very disappointed in this hotel and their proceedings will not be returning to this hotel "

"Staff was friendly. Room service took 2 hours to get even after spending 15 minutes on the phone with the service rep. Stains on walls and towels. Loud guest. Outter doors needed fixed properly and no hot water til the last 2 days of my stay. (7 days)"
