On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining area flows naturally into an open kitchen, creating a sociable and functional living space. The kitchen is equipped with 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for comfortable self-catering. The first bedroom on this level features 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering a restful and private retreat for adults. The single bathroom on this floor is fitted with a shower and WC.

Accessed via a steep staircase, the upper floor presents an open room with characterful sloping ceilings, with a ceiling height ranging from 50 to 100 cm.
