"We spent a week in Positano here and loved every minute of it. Breathtaking views, charming interior and a pool to cool off in after climbing the many stairs of Positano. Walking distance to several outstanding restaurants and shops and mere minutes to the beach. Pasquale was the best host you could ask for. Attentive, responsive and professional. Highly recommend!!"

"Words can not express how lovely this villa and its hosts, Marco and Donatella, are! The villa is absolutely stunning with the most spectacular view of the sea. The terrace is huge with plenty of comfortable loungers, outdoor dining space, outdoor kitchen, and hot tub. We loved staying in Minori (compared to the more crowded, hectic towns like Positano and Amalfi) where we had easy access to everything, but could retreat to the peace and charm of Minori. "This villa is amazing with breathtaking views. The host provided great information relating to transportation services and recommendations. He also had snacks and food in the pantry which we used for a meal! The location is in a very quiet neighborhood so if you’re looking for peace away from the crowds, this is for you. It is a bit of a walk from any food and the closest pickup spot for a taxi is about a 5 minute walk. The cost of a taxi to Positano is ~€50. The nearest bus stop is about a 15...

"The view and location are amazing! The house is a bit outdated but had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Guests must be able to walk and do multiple stairs to access. I would also recommend a luggage porter - we used Elide +39 366 811 1510 for departure and they were well worth the money! Maria is very responsive and helpful. "We stayed at the villa for three nights. The property is as advertised. We had beautiful weather and incredible views of the Almafi coast. The home was very clean and comfortable. I saw an older review about there being no towels, toilet paper and uncomfortable beds. That was not the case. The home had all this and more. I would advise for anyone staying here to have a car. "Villa Lauro was a fabulous home away from home on the coast. We had no issues staying at the Villa. Giulia was a dream, and went above and beyond during our stay. From assisting us with a special birthday dinner one night at the villa to helping us locate and retrieve a bag that we left one night at a local restaurant, she was superb! It was very difficult to leave Villa Lauro. I hope to return to this very special place soon!"

"The access to this property is not easy (lots of narrow and windy roads) but it is very secluded up in the hills. There were 7 people in our party and we are aware there is another bedroom which is open to let so you may end up sharing the pool/accomodation if this is leased. There is also an apartment below owned by the same villa owners which means you can expect visits from Claudio or other unexpected staff "passing through on their way to the other property..." not too intrusive but be aware...

"Patio is perfect for all day sun with a big table in the shade. Easy walk down hill to restaurants etc. Local bus will take you up the hill for your return with a stop near the apartment. Residence is spacious, very clean and kitchen well equipped. Annamaria was very helpful with how to navigate for excursions. One thing to prepare for, it's 65 stair steps to the apartment but well worth it. I would definitely stay again!"
