"Location was pretty good. We utilized the available boat slip, that was convenient, but I imagined it being closer from the pictures. Not feasible to walk to the dock everyday because of the busy road you have to cross. Cleanliness was shockingly bad. It was obviously there was a quick turnover from the previous guests. The management was very helpful in trying to accommodate and rectify the issues, but in the end I suggested they fire their cleaning crew. - Air conditioner was broken/poorly...
