"The pool and hot tub were very clean and comfortable. Our room was very clean, and the air conditioner was working great, Friendly lady at the front desk who checked us in explained where everything was and which door was closest to our room.The outside curb appeal needs some attention/work, mostly the areas next to the building."

"Lynne and the younger man that work the desk were extremely personable and accommodating. I worked a wedding for hair and makeup, my mom sharing the room with me would have had to wait 2 hours outside the original check out time, but they allowed me to extended my checkout time while working with Expedia to make sure my stay was as seamless as possible and did not make a fuss over the change! Also left a clothing item in my room and they had it folded nicely waiting for me even after checkout. So nice and sweet, they have that lovable Wisconsin hospitality 😊"
