Located just minutes from the shores of stunning Bear Lake, Lake Haven Lodge is a spacious 5,900 sq. ft. mountain-modern retreat designed for large groups and families. Nestled in Fish Haven’s private community, this lodge-style home is the perfect basecamp for year-round adventure—only a short drive from North Beach, Bear Lake State Park, and the Bear Lake West Golf Course.

Inside, the home comfortably sleeps up to 40 guests across 8 thoughtfully arranged bedrooms:

Basement Level:

2 Queen bedrooms connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom
1 Bunk room with 2 Queen beds and 6 Twin beds

Main Level:

1 King master suite with private en suite
1 Queen master suite with private en suite

Second Floor:

1 Queen room with 2 Twin beds and en suite
1 Bunk room with 2 Queen beds and 14 Twin beds – ideal for kids or large groups

With ample gathering spaces, scenic mountain and lake views, and convenient access to boating, hiking, and skiing, Lake Haven Lodge offers an unforgettable group getaway in beautiful Bear Lake.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask that all guests follow the rules below:

No smoking inside the home
No pets allowed unless approved in advance
No parties or events without prior written permission
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM
Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times
🔥 Hot Tub Rules & Policy
We’re happy to offer the hot tub for your enjoyment! To keep it clean and safe for all guests, please follow these guidelines:

Shower before use to rinse off lotions, oils, and dirt
No glass in or near the hot tub
No food, soaps, or bubbles allowed in the water
Do not sit, stand, or place objects on the hot tub cover
Always re-cover the hot tub when not in use to retain heat and protect it from debris
🚨 Important: If the hot tub is left in a condition that requires a drain and refill (e.g., excessive dirt, foreign objects, or misuse), an additional $100 cleaning fee will be charged.
