"Great experience, with very attentive reception staff who have been abel to support needs of my elderly parents including offering chair for the shower to make stay more confortable. Good location, great bar and restuarant, with very attentive service. Breakfast was great, choice during the Easter break was impressive. However I would see opportunity for improvment in rooms amenities. There was no tissues and body lotion in the bathroom. There was also no kettle in the rooms. There is complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby, however its not alawyas convinient e.g. if you need hot water for medication and you may need to go down to the lobby each time "

"Wonderful stay in Poznań. Staf very kind and helpful, location of the hotel is perfect! Walking distance everywhere we wanted to visit. Pub cross the road made bit of noice between 3 and 6am but thats not a hotel fault, next time I just go to party there myself. Thank you for looking after us."

"Staff were great. Food in restaurant were excellent. The property is located in the old town and blocks were set up at both entries of the town. We found out after carrying our luggages there that cars are able to get to the property at the back. There is no elevator and staff stored our luggages in the storeroom downstairs."

"Friendly staff at check-in, conveniently located close to the main train station. The only drawback was the noisy street outside and the lack of sound insulation. "
