"Tenuta Cusmano was a highlight in our 11 day trip to Italy. It's an easy drive from the Rome Ciampino airport. Grottaferrata is a charming town, just a few short minutes from Tenuta Cusmano. We took a taxi to the neighboring town of Frascati everyday to catch the train into metropolitan Rome. The train was easy to navigate, and allowed us to leave our car at Tenuta Cusmano every day, so as to avoid the ZTLs. We stayed three nights. "This property advertised free wifi, but NO wifi was in any of the rooms. Also the heater for the room was controlled by the owner via a timer, which was only on for a couple of hours in the evening. We were freezing all night long. We would never stay or recommend this hotel. Expedia need to check on their hotel choices before offering them."

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, the suite was rustic yet modern with a beautiful view, and the restaurant served delicious locally-sourced dishes paired with excellent regional wine. Getting to the Agriturismo involves some tricky driving as the owners themselves will describe in their welcome email. If we did it, though, so can you - and the drive will be worth your while!"

"Very nice chalet, comfortably accommodated 5 adults. Felt very safe as there was security at the front entrance as well as driving around at times. It’s right next to a grocery store as well as a McDonald’s which came in handy. Over all it’s a great place stay if your coming to Rome."

"It is a very clean place, everything is perfect except there was no wifi in the cabin, otherwise nature setting is absolutely beautiful, it was not hard to get to Rome by bus either even though it looks far away from Rome, great experience. Thank you ! "
