"This small motel is a great example of the way that Americans used to travel. There is obvious thought and care put into the amenities in each room. Mine had: microwave, fridge, iron, ironing board, clothes rack, hangers, bottle opener, hair dryer, and though the decor was dated, everything was spotless. I can tell that the management takes pride in this enterprise. I did not partake of the continental breakfast, but there is a great diner 6 minutes walk away. For an inexpensive night's stay, this one checked all the boxes. Recommended!"
"We had the perfect weekend at the Tugboat Inn! We loved the rooftop deck! The bartenders were great and the drinks and food were delicious. The view of the harbor was amazing!
The food was outstanding in all the restaurants on site. We tried them all! The lobster bisque was sooo good I had it a few times! After dinner we enjoyed live music in the tavern.
We enjoyed our stay so much we are already planning our return visit!"
"Can't beat the view from our balcony. The restaurant/bar has fantastic views as well. In the middle of downtown and walkable to everything. Hotel is dated and in need of upgrades. Our room was large and bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was not very friendly. Price was definitely for the view and not the property. Not sure I would stay there again because of the price,"
"the staff were so kind & attentive! We felt so welcomed. We had help offered at every turn. We also ate breakfast at the restaurant and it was SOOOO delicious!!"
"This was a beautiful property, well located to get to other areas and enjoy the beauty of this region. The views from our balcony were amazing, the staff was very helpful. The place was very clean, our room was recently renovated and was very nice. Good size! We had breakfast one of the days we stayed and it was very good! "
