"Easy to find and spacious.
The only thing I was disappointed with was there wasn't orange juice or bacon at breakfast but that was very minor. Otherwise an extremely enjoyable stay."
Ocean Front Condo - Sea Turtle Penthouse
Breathtaking View -Walk to Flagler Ave
10/10 Excellent
"We live in south Florida but are from Daytona Beach so coming back to the area was our goal and New Smyrna Beach has the perfect beach town atmosphere. This unit is the perfect level for sitting on the balcony watching the day and pelicans go by. Owner is super to work with and the unit has great decor. Highly recommend you stay here "
"I had the best time at this condo. Tricia was a good host. Communication was great. Everything was as described, but the view is better in person. The host left some snacks on the table and some k-cups for morning coffee on the deck at sunrise. You are directly above the pool. You can wake up and look out the bedroom window at the sunrise or sit out on the deck. Check in was at 4:00. The process was easy. Be sure to get your parking pass and pool bracelet. You can walk down the road or stroll down the beach and find several places to eat. I saw 12 dolphins from the balcony. Mary McLeod Bethune park is a great place to see the manatees, but you have to pay to park now. The condo was furnished with everything you need. The building was clean and felt safe. I look forward to returning. "
