Great cozy cottage with excellent ocean view.

Nice little upstairs apartment. Nothing fancy, but that is part of the appeal. Feels like a second home. Great ocean views from the bedroom, living room, and large wrap around deck. Very clean and well stocked with essentials.

Fabulous Find!

Such a beautiful bungalow! The view is spectacular! The home is the perfect size for 2-4 adults, very spacious deck with plenty of chairs to sit, relax and enjoy! The hosts are very hospitable, everything was clean, plenty of towels and toiletries, just bring your clothes, everything else is there for you! Highly Recommended!!!

We stayed at this property during Christmas. We loved it so much. very clean, cozy place. very quite area, no traffic. beach is across the street, you can see it from the property windows. everything is walkable distance, lots of parks, shops, good restaurants.

What a View!

We had an incredible time at Casa de la Playa Altos. We had our two kids (4 and 2) and this was the perfect place. Waking up to the sunrise every morning was just incredible. We will be coming back.

Absolutely loved this beach house. Perfect location and perfect for 2. The large outdoor deck/patio was a plus with ocean view right there in front of you. Plenty of amenities to cook your own meals and close to restaurants and grocery store. Walking was easy and not far from a few eateries. This upstairs unit was was perfect and we'll be back again!

Great Beach Vacation

Casas de la Playa is a great place for beach lovers! It's a cozy little beach house and the view from every room was awesome. The location is also great because you can easily get to all the attractions such as St. Augustine, Daytona Beach and Orlando. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Flagler Beach

Location was really nice. Our one only negative is the beach. They stated beach access which was not entirely true. The beach access as well as the beach itself were heavily damaged by recent hurricanes. Great for surfing but you can barely walk along the beach during low tide.

Casa was more than I imagined or expected!!! Pics & description were exactly as it looks, but even better when U arrive. The front Yard is Genius & Gorgeous & actually got to see a Sea turtle walking down His boardwalk. Was nice & peaceful & Beach was Gorgeous. I wasn’t able to bring my Pup, but a perfectly Pet Friendly Spot. And yes, an easy 1 min walk to Beach & Ocean. Nice!!! I Really can’t compliment enough Good/Great things to say @ this stay!!! Easy access to Groceries, Nice Restaurants, etc… SuperHosts…Indeed!!! Thx:) Susan from KY

Great view!

We had a wonderful stay at Casas de la Playa. The view is amazing. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the "Welcome" bottle of wine! It is close to restaurants and you can walk to the pier. You can watch the sunrise from the deck or even from the bed if you don't want to go outside. We will be back and look forward to it!

Great Location

It is a perfect location with an excellent view of the beach. The beach walkover across A1A is not open due to storm damage, but there is an open one about a block south. The landscaping needs some work and it's about time to refresh the interior, furnishings, and deck. It's all a bit dated. I could not get the oven to light (gas) on the last day. Great beach bungalow for a long weekend getaway. Owner was great to communicate with.

Perfect little getaway!

Perfect location for a quiet getaway. Escaped reality and enjoyed the sounds of the waves from the deck. Watching the sunrise in the morning refreshed our souls. Super convenient location, easy to get to. Case de la Playa had everything we could have asked for. Even the two tortoises provided some natural entertainment. If you're looking for a place to escape reality, a place to forget your problems for a while, Casa de la Playa is the place for you! We will be back, for sure. Thank you Andres, our stay was perfect!!

absolutely amazing!!!

This place was perfect for my boyfriend, myself and our 2 pups - it was a true blast! the patio can't be beat. We spent all our evenings on the patio listening to the waves. Two of our friends wanted to come for the weekend and we asked Andres if they could rent the bottom floor he was very accommodating renting his place at such late notice. The turtles were very active for us as well and always fun to watch. The other part we loved is that we could walk EVERYWHERE! So close to restaurants, the pier, the beach. We have told all our fiends and family we will have to come back and rent the whole house. Andres was awesome and cannot wait to come stay again!

Awesome place; amazing location!

I'm so happy I booked this vacation home. Everything was perfect, the place is kept very clean, and we even arrived to a welcome gift in the kitchen for us! I only wish that I knew that the dune crossover pictured directly in front of the property was washed away by Hurricane Matthew last year. The city is still working to restore the dune crossovers in Flagler Beach, but they haven't repaired the one in front of the property as-of May 2017. This is not Andres fault (obviously), so still a five start vacation rental! We ended up taking full advantage of the sun deck instead, and were still extremely satisfied with our stay. We may be back in the future. Thanks for everything!

Casas de la Playa is the perfect beach hideaway!

This is the second time we've stayed at Casas de la Playa and we enjoyed it thoroughly, as always! The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing stay including kitchen items, linens, and a varied library of books to borrow for reading while digging your toes in the sand. You awake every morning to that beautiful sun rising over the water, and the deck is perfect for morning coffee and grilling out in the evening. Just a little over a mile from Flagler Beach pier, the house is located just outside the bustle of the downtown market area. Andres is a thoughtful host, and even included a lovely note and bottle of champagne for our anniversary. There are several great seafood restaurants in town, and both St. Augustine and Daytona are within half an hour's drive if you're looking for more varied dining and shopping. Casas de la Playa is our home away from home in Flagler, our favorite hidden gem on the beach!
