Quiet oceanfront condo with inter coastal water view. Pet friendly under 30 lbs

Short trip to historic St Augustine. Lots of oceanfront restaurants. Unit has small washer and dryer, large smart tv in living room, hardwood floors ,balcony facing golf course, workout room, sauna, and tennis courts. This property is across the street from the ocean! Outdoor picnic area tables and community room. Lots of shopping and restaurants on the beachfront. HOA allows small pet under 30 lbs with 100.00 pet fee. The beach in Flagler is open 24 hours.Swimming pool is open all year! Private entrance to the beach 20 minutes to fabulous Daytona Beach. I include 2 beach chairs, beach umbrella and 2 small coolers to take your drinks on the beach. I also have 3 extra large beach towels. Private underground parking, with secure entry to the building. Come get away from the cold!!!

Overall it was quite nice, they (condo) were upgrading the internet when we arrived, so it was quite slow as TV was using it. Comfortable accomidations and by mid week internet was running fine. No complaints here!

The place was super safe. Close to beach. Clean!!! Nice cool air and the beds slept amazing. The pool area was super clean and almost always empty. Easy trip to the beach. Great food and fishing near by. Love that the room came with beach chairs and towels and an umbrella. Washer and dryer were great. Kitchen was perfect for cooking and snacking. The owner was always available with any questions we had. 10 out of 10. Would definitely stay again.

Julie, the property owner, was amazing. She tended to our every need and paid attention to every detail to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. She throughly explained everything such as the assigned parking in the garage under the building and the remote for entry , building keys, the trash shoot on our 4th floor, recycling areas, how to get to the workout room, visiting the pool, the beach, etc. The condo was very comfortable and clean with wood floors, brand new cookware and Keurig, brand new towels, sheets, and comforters. She also provided new beach chairs, beach towels, and even an umbrella. The AC works well as does the large-screen Roku tv where we streamed Netflix and my son gamed on his PlayStation. The small washer and dryer was surprisingly bigger than it looked and worked really well. The appliances are full-sized and we were even able to cook two medium pizzas side by side. The apartment, although only a 1 bedroom, didn’t seem very small as one whole wall in the living room is covered in mirrors and the bedroom is large enough to comfortably fit 2 queen-sized beds, dresser, bureau, and large chair. We had a very pleasant time and I have no complaints. I would stay with Julie again without hesitation.

I had an amazing time at Julia’s place!! One step to the beach, very clean, everything that you need is there. The market is a bit far but didn’t bother me.

The towels were such filthy that Sunday morning my wife used the washer several times. Shortly after that the house technician rang and let us know that the hallway to the appartment was wet. Surely the condo below alerted him. He installed an electric dryer and asked if we used the washer and assumed that reason was a leaking water pipe in the wall. He required to get into the condo next morning 9 a.m. to start the construction. Dish washer out of order, dirty dishes in the cabinets, dirty towels and finally a coming construction - we were fed up and left after one night.
