"The location is perfect. Quick walk to stores and restaurants. A1A is between the beach and house but it’s like you’re right on the beach since there aren’t any houses to block the view. The balcony outside the master bedroom is perfect for ocean and people watching. The house is clean, furnished nicely and stocked with kitchen items and other misc things you might need. Between the location and size of the house, it’s a bargain compared to other places in the same area. Can’t wait to go back."

"Overall, the inside of the house was nice and worked out well for our group. The house was nicely cleaned and the AC worked very well, which was definitely needed to survive the FL heat. The beach isn’t too far away and it was relatively easy to get back and forth each day. The beds and couches were pretty hard and not super comfortable, but was fine to sleep and relax on for a few days. "This house is much bigger than it looks in pics. Very Spacious and Comfortable. We were worried with 4 couples and 4 kids that we would be on top of each other not at all lots of room. Boat was easy to tie up to dock. Lots of seating on porch and by pool. Would stay here again for sure!!"
