Because I have a spectacular, modern property with perfect location, views, trail access and all the amenities you want, and, I am absolutely dedicated to making YOUR stay perfect. From the time you inquire/book to the time you check-out and I return your damage deposit, I PROMISE to treat you and your guests just exactly the way I would like, and expect to be treated. Reserve your week now for a family vacation, reunion, or getaway with friends including girls’ weekends or guys’ weekends! This huge 3-level house with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (2 Full / 2 Half) has something for everyone! A fully appointed kitchen and large dining tables inside and out make mealtime a pleasure! Two decks provide plenty of space for relaxation in the sun or in the shade with views of the delightful green space behind the property and also of Mt. Elden. The outdoor gas fire-pit with built in bench seating provides a warm gathering space for chilly evenings. The Gas Furnace and Central Air Conditioning System ensure a comfortable indoor environment year round. And four bedrooms deliver a perfect night's sleep for all. The master bedroom with private bath is appointed with a sumptuous California king bed and a relaxing reading nook; a perfect place to escape with a book and a glass of wine! The three guest bedrooms are appointed with a queen size bed, two bunk beds, and a full size bed respectively. The bunk room has a fun kids’ nook with bean bag chairs and a TV with Blu-ray player and Netflix. The bunk beds sleep 4; adults or children. The guest bedroom with full size bed on the main floor includes a TV and also serves as an office. Wifi is available anywhere in the house.

For entertainment and sight-seeing, there are many options in Flagstaff and the surrounding area, most just minutes away, including Historic Downtown with an abundance of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment choices. For day trips, the Grand Canyon, Phoenix, and Sedona are an easy drive. For recreation, access to the Flagstaff Urban Trail System (FUTS) and Mt. Elden for hiking and mountain biking begins just through this home’s back gate. At the house, there is plenty to keep you busy as well; starting with the TV/entertainment area downstairs. This man cave has it all! With several streaming services including Hulu-live, you can watch your favorite shows, movies, or sports events on the 70” wall mounted LED HD-TV with surround sound. Or listen to your favorite USB or iPod device while you unwind with a few games at the pool table with surrounding bar table seating. Enjoy some beverages, conveniently made at the wet bar! Walk outside to the deck and socialize by the fire-pit, or make your way to the living room/dining room area on the main floor for conversations with your friends and family, some board games, or listening to your favorite Pandora station (or other music of choice) on the portable Bluetooth-enabled sound system.

Great spot close to town and hiking trails

The property worked very well for our family and it was great that there was a network of hiking trails you could access from the backyard! Just a quick drive to downtown to get some delicious food or beers from the great breweries. Would def stay here again

Quick trip to Flagstaff

House is well stocked and had plenty of room for our family. We enjoyed playing pool and stargazing on the back porch. Location is not too far from downtown and is accessible to trail. Nice spot.

Great Flagstaff home

Great communication. Great location (it's in middle of neighborhood, but still feels like you're in the woods). The available toiletries are a nice touch. Would highly recommend and stay again in future.

Loved the cul-de-sac for safety. Large deck to enjoy the mornings and evenings. Pool table and tv room down stairs was perfect for when the kids went to bed. Awesome party for the kids and dogs just walking distance.

Perfect experience

Having 2 senior citizens, paraplegic wife and three young teens, I was not looking forward to vacation time. This great home had the perfect layout for everyone. We were kept well informed of events during the week like trash day and recycle day. Beds were comfortable , bathrooms were easily accessible with the main bathroom door being ADA compliant for wheelchair access. We will definitely request to stay here until n our next visit.

Fantastic location and beautiful home

Vacation Lodge

Mark's home is truly lovely. We had a wonderful time. The home is close to the slopes, to church, and to shopping. We enjoyed watching bowl games and movies with the kiddos, and walking the trails. Nana got to stay in the bunk beds with the children. She loved it! We recommend Mark's home for families that enjoy being together. Thank you, Mark, for everything.

Everything you need!!!

They supplied so much that is hard to list. The grandkids truly enjoyed the games and everyone had wonderful evenings around the gas fire table. Location was perfect for hiking and visiting National Parks during the day. The beds were some of the most comfortable of any of the vacation homes we have rented. We will rent in the future.

Great location for Grand Canyon and Sedona

Quiet neighborhood in suburban Flagstaff. The house is very spacious, I mean well bigger than expected with 3 levels and 2 decks. The litchen is very well equipped. There were 7 of us and we never run out of dishes etc. 2 half baths are very conveniently located on the main and the lower level. The lower level has a bar, a space with a pool table, and a TV theater. The ouside is quiet and quite private. The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend for bigger groups or families.

Book this house, you will not be disappointed!

I hesitate to start out w/ “cleanliness” bc often that means the actual property isn’t great but at least it’s clean! Well that is not the case here, but I couldn’t get over how clean EVERYTHING was:couches, throws, bathrooms etc! We spent the majority of our time in the game Room which was cozy, and the great thing about the layout of the house is that if someone wants to go to bed early they can go to the third-floor and they will not hear anything going on in the TV room. The house is set up so that you have absolutely everything you need in every room. We would love to return in the future!

Well Appointed Home

We spent 10 days in Flagstaff with family and friends. Mark's home is set up very well with three bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom on the main floor, plus a rec room with couch and entertainment system downstairs. There were two half baths (one on the main floor and one downstairs) plus two full baths (one upstairs shared between the rooms and the master bathroom upstairs off the master bedroom). The house is three levels and allows for everyone to have their own space. The beds were comfortable overall, and extra bedding/blankets, as well as towels were available. The kitchen had sufficient pots/pans, dishes and flatware. We especially appreciated the HVAC system and was able to keep the home at a comfortable temperature by either turning the a/c or heat on or opening windows as needed to also cool the house. Fans were available too and utilized to help keep air moving throughout the house. We enjoyed playing pool and corn hole which were provided downstairs. We did not take advantage of the deck spaces, but the backyard space is lovely and would be great for hosting barbecues or just sitting around the deck visiting. The neighborhood is lovely and the neighbors were friendly. I expected we would be out further in the "country" based on the photos, but it is located in a cozy neighborhood which is easily accessible. We were able to walk the trail behind the house. The house is also conveniently located near a variety of shopping and entertainment venues.

A PERFECT LOCATION

Loved it! Had a great stay. Location is a good central point for visiting many locations. Many things to do in Flagstaff. Hit the Canyon, stood on a corner in Winslow, went to the Meteor crater, rode a Train in Sedona. The kitchen was very well stocked. The adult kids love the downstairs with pool table, bar and TV. Host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Thanks for letting us use your space....

Family Getaway

This was our second stay at this property and we really enjoyed ourselves there. It is in a great location and is very well maintained. The home is spacious and comfortable. We especially liked the kitchen, we made a few meals and enjoyed some relaxing family time. Buffalo Park, a short drive from the home is great for walking. Our dog loved it there.Mark is a great host, and really wants you to enjoy your stay here.

Flagstaff weekend Getaway

We had 8 adults and there was plenty of room. The outside deck is spacious and you have the forest behind you which is very pretty and walking trails as well. The house has everything you need. Host was very responsive.
