Find Hotel with a Concierge in Flagstaff, AZ

It would have been a flawless experience without the grounds keeper starting an electric leaf blower at 6:30a. They spent nearly 2 hours around the pool so it was quite a surprise when the pool was opened there was still a lot of floating debris and tree seeds on the ground. Spectacular pool by the way.

This was a very nice hotel, far nicer than others in Flag. It's walkable to dining, bars, billiards etc and the breakfast was very good. The beds were comfortable, the rooms spacious and all areas were clean. The only area I would suggest improving is the customer service in the breakfast area. Both staff members were incredibly rude and one intentionally stood in front of guests (and well mannered children!) who were trying to get their breakfast with no apologies.

Clean well kept up hotel. Easy check in, nice staff. Pool and hot tub area were in good shape as well. Quite a few people with dogs, no issues seen with cleanliness. We have stayed here multiple times over the past 15 years, always the same, well kept property. Nice job, thank you!

No complaints. Everything was great.

Perfect little hotel that's dog friendly, they even give you a little welcome doggy gift of two wood bowls for food, two bone cookies and a tennis ball! So sweet. Front desk girls were very friendly and helpful The hot tub was amazing and a wonderful treat especially since it was open 24 hours a day! The rooms were all remodeled and very large in size. Would definitely stay here again

My wife and I are traveling across the country. This is the best customer service I've received at a hotel. Young lady was incredible nice. Even called to make sure everything was okay with the room. Also, everything else is amazing. Clean, safe, quiet. I'll never stay anywhere else again in Flagstaff! Thank you econolodge team for making a tired traveler feel right at home!

I was pleasantly surprised because previous great reviews were correct. I booked a room for my return trip home.

Wonderful experience. Facilities are very clean and homey. Cheryl was a complete delight and breakfast was worth a return visit.

I am a clean freak especially when it comes to dining and sleeping, this place was spotless. Great romantic quite atmosphere. Most places places we stay in its either you get good food, good room or nice hotel, This place has it all. The food was delicious the serving staff was super nice and very friendly, think my wife wanted to take the busboy home with her. The owner is on site to help you with all your needs and cares about customer service in everything she does, from the decor, the music...

The room we shared was a roadside view but the elegance and charm inside of the room was wonderful to have to experience this room had a huge tub with jets enough room for two also a fireplace inside the room. No phone which was nice and very spacious. The hotel was quiet and beautiful property.

New owners were very friendly and courteous excelling at making our stay as comfortable as possible. The owner is an absolute genius as a chef.

My husband and I had a wonderful personal experience at Adobe Grand Villas. The staff was outstanding, she also assisted us with all our questions. Our innkeeper Tonya accommodated all excursion trips. Chief Michael's breakfasts were delicious, wish we scheduled a private meal. The decor was beautiful, stayed in Antiquities Villa. Every Villa has been decorated in different design themes. No cookie cutter rooms. Our over all experience with our accommodations, staff and Spa were to notch. We...

A Sunset Chateau is one of the few places in which I would seriously consider a long stay. It is gorgeous inside and out, with a stunning view of the red rocks of Sedona, Arizona. Everything is very carefully considered, the furnishings are perfect, and the breakfast is excellent. I feel sure nowhere in Sedona is there such value for the cost.

Beautiful location ! Ideal amenities. The staff was very helpful, especially Michael. We can’t wait to come back.

The Inn is in a quiet, secluded area and yet just 3-5 mins away from all activity in the town. The Onyx room where we stayed was thoughtfully designed and really pleasing in its contemporary aesthetic. Service was great with coffee and breakfast in the morning delivered to the room- delicious and fresh. The creek runs just behind the property. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I celebrated our 30th anniversary on Oct. 5, last week. We stayed at the El Portal for 3 nights. We loved our room as it was immaculate, very quiet, beautifully appointed and quite large. The room had a fireplace which we enjoyed especially since it rained every day we were there. The only thing I missed was a bathtub, which I prefer to a shower. I later learned that the other rooms had jacuzzi tubs and I should have inquired about that.prior to our stay. There is a lovely...

We struggled picking a hotel in Sedona and ultimately settled on Matterhorn because of the location. We could not have been happier with the hotel as well as location. Other hotels may be closer to trails however this is in the center of everything! The price and value were also the best. I highly recommend the Matterhorn Inn for your stay in Sedona!

We arrived on a dark cloudy evening. When we awoke we were blown away by the view out of our room.
