We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The check-in process was super easy. The house was very clean, comfortable, and had all the supplies we needed. It was in a great location and just a quick drive to all the must-sees in Flagstaff! The gas fireplace was wonderful!

We were pleasantly surprised with the ease of check-in, as well as the amount of space and nice, clean kitchen. We really enjoyed how close this townhouse is to the downtown area. As others have stated, the driveway and stairs are steep. Overall, we really liked this townhouse.

The townhome was beautifully decorated and very well-appointed, great for our needs. And the location was perfect for our stay since we wanted to be close to NAU. The neighborhood is quaint and feels safe too.

First impressions were great! They took care of the small details while traveling. A cozy place to come back to after a long day of travels. Great location! Close to stores and restaurants. The driveway is steep, but they allow for parking in the garage. Overall our stay was perfect!

Great place to stay! We had plenty of room for 3 couples. The main area is very open and nice to hang out in. My one complaint is that the property is not walking distance from downtown, as it said in the description. It is about a 45 minute to an hour walk depending on where you go. Other than that, great place to stay!

The property manager was friendly and helpful. The house was stocked with pans, dishes, coffee pods which made it easy for cooking in! It was a little tight with 4 adults and 2 kids but it worked. Probably time to update the linens and towels- they weren’t dirty, just getting worn down.

We did enjoy the home. But the garbage bin was kept in the garage which causes significant unpleasant smell. Also the backyard grill was not functional so we could not finish our grilling plans.

Our mission was to hike the Bright Angel and South Kaibab Trails at the Grand Canyon. Our Flagstaff condo was the perfect jumping off point for our drive to the South Rim. Basha's Grocery and even Flagstaff Vision where I got an appointment within 20 minutes of calling them over contact lens issues were examples of the great local services in Flag. The six of us could easily spread out in this luxurious three-bedroom condo. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

We knew there was no AC so we were forewarned, but man it was hard to sleep in the 2 smaller rooms! Everything else was fantastic, truly. Great house, great neighborhood, great location. We really enjoyed this home once it cooked down at night!

We had a positive experience during our stay. There was great communication regarding our stay, the check in procedures, as well as during our stay and check out. The home is updated, clean and comfortable. We grilled chicken one night on the nice gas grill outside, which is an inviting space. The bedrooms were comfortable and only lacked a second nightstand. All bathrooms were renovated, as was the kitchen. I would caution people regarding the stairs, as they are quite steep and narrow and are wood. If stairs are a problem, this isn’t the place for you. All bedrooms are upstairs. The driveway is quite steep, but there is parking in the garage. All in all a very nice time.

It was the perfect location for our stay. Arrived September 12, weather was beautiful all week! A little warm inside when we arrived that night, but the owner had the ceiling fans going when we got there. And we are true southerners from Mississippi and needed a little more a/c. We finally adapted to the evenings and did sleep well with fans going and the windows open at night. Perfect location just a little hard to locate at night, make sure you have the address and the directions to get there because our cell phones lost connection, and we found ourselves struggling to get phone connection but we finally made it there. Perfect neighborhood, neighbors were friendly. I highly recommend this VRBO! Felt safe, lots of amenities and would definitely stay there again.
