Comfortably situated at the base of Mount Elden, Flagstaff most prominent feature, this 3BR/2BA mountain home is the perfect destination for your family or group. Star gazing is the scene from anywhere on the property. A private hot tub creates the perfect setting, with mountains & trees by day and stars & sky by night. This affordable retreat sleeps up to 6 in beds. If that is not enough, you can bring your pooch. With a huge fully fenced yard, your family dog will love the freedom.

After a star filled view from the hot tub, come snuggle up to the custom fireplace.
For the daytime activities, walk a hundred yards and be secluded at the base of the mountain, surrounded by trees, wildlife and solitude.

*For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.*

This is a pet friendly home. However our policy is: "All Four on the Floor"
No pets in beds or on furniture. The violation of this policy can result in additional fees for extra cleaning needed for the home
-No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.

-Pet policy: "all 4 on the floor" this means that pets must stay off of all furniture including beds and couches. Please pay the pet fee before your arrival. If you have any questions or issues please contact us.

-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee
-No Parties: We have a strict "No-party policy". Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
-Please shower before using the hot tub. There will be a $100 fine if hot tub is found dirty.
-If early check in is available, it is $100 to check in after 1 pm. If late check out is available, it is $100 to check out at 1pm.

Wonderful home in wonderful quiet location
Such a nice home!. We loved the hot tub and the really comfortable beds.it is in a neighborhood up against the mountains and it appears they have some low light ordinances so star viewing is good. No overly bright street lights or house lights. Felt like a very safe neighborhood.

My family of four and our family dog had an amazing weekend getaway!!!! The hot tub was the absolute best part and we were surprised by getting to see some snow! We had the best time. It was the cutest neighborhood and close to everything. Such a great stay. Highly recommend.

Great house in a great location
This is our 2nd time staying in this wonderful cottage. It is comfortable, cozy, and in a great neighborhood. The hot tub is amazing after a day skiing! We will dedicating stay here again!
