The Deck: 🌲🌅🍔☕️🍷
The deck is the crown jewel of the house. In addition to the outdoor dining table, which is great for some alfresco dining, the deck boasts several places to lounge and be immersed in nature. You are sure to find a great place to enjoy a coffee, lose yourself in your favorite book, or just unwind with your favorite cocktail at the end of the day. The deck also has a BBQ grill perfect for all your grilling needs. In addition, there is a propane fire table 🔥 for those chilly evenings.
The Game Room:
The game room has billiards, Ping-Pong, Giant Uno, tons of board games, and more! Hours of entertainment for the times you're not out exploring Flagstaff, hiking, visiting the Coconino National Forest, or any of the many sites in Northern AZ. The game room is part of the second dining room, so there is a large table for playing one of the board games, cards, or something else!
Except for a few off-limit cabinets and closets, guests will have the entire home to themselves.
Accessibility: Whether entering from the garage or front door, there are two steps to enter the house. Guests will have to utilize stairs to access the main bedrooms and full bathrooms. The kids room and a half-bath are located on the main floor.
We provide space to our guests, and are available when needed. We will check with you a couple times in the beginning of your stay to make sure everything is well. You can get a hold of us via AirBnB messaging , text, or call.
We have a hard-working team, but in an effort to give them and us time with our families, we ask that you be patient with responses between the hours of 7pm and 8:30am.
After booking you will be sent a link to your online guest registration form. This is though us directly. Guest registration must be completed to receive information to access property. However, property access information is not available earlier than 5 days prior to check-in.
We collect the following information during registration;
- All adult guests: Names
- Main Guest: Email, phone number, DOB, copy of Gov't ID
- Vehicle information
Near the date of check-in a security hold will be placed on your credit card. If there are no issues, it is automatically released 1-4 days after check-out.
County Ordinance: No street parking From Nov. 1st through April 1st. There is plenty of off-street parking spaces available, please try to only utilize the driveway and garage. This helps keep the streets clear for easy navigation by residents.
Cleaning fee will be an additional $50 for stays 7 days or longer. This is to make sure we are providing the utmost cleanliness experience for all of our guests.

We have a few rules which we’d like to let you know about. We know rules are boring, but we’d really appreciate if you could have a quick read 😁
#1 – Shoes Off
• We ask that you please do not wear shoes while inside the house. Thank you so much!
#2 – Pets
• For the consideration and safety of our cleaners and future guests with allergies please do not bring pets onto the property. We reserve the right to charge a fee for any clean up or remediation.
#3 – No Smoking, No Vaping, No Recreational Drug Use
• Our house is a drug-free, smoke-free, and vape-free property. This means no smoking, no vaping, or recreational drugs inside or outside of the home. We reserve the right to charge a fee for any clean up or remediation.
#4 - Number of Guests
• Ensure total guests matches that on your booking. If you have more guests than what you have booked for, you will not be covered under insurance coverage of the platform you used to book, and you may be charged an extra fee. This is bad for everyone!
#5 – No Parties
• Please respect our neighbors. This is a residential working neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. Noise levels must be minimal after 9PM. There is a noise level ordinance and we do not want any complaints. Violation of this will result in one or more of the following; termination of your reservation, forfeiting security deposit, and/or a possible fee. We must respect the peace of the community. #6 - Please Clean Up Dishes
• If you use any dishes during your stay, the cleaning team would be extremely grateful if you would clean them. This would be of great help. Please make sure not to put away dirty dishes. Future guests will be very appreciative!
#7 - Check Out is 10AM
• Our cleaning team will arrive shortly after 10AM to clean the property. We can’t stop them, they are a cleaning machine! (You may request a late check-out. Please submit your request no later than 24 hours before your check-out time. The fee for this accommodation is $25 and would allow you to check out up until 12pm.
#8 - Lights and Electronics
• We would really appreciate if you could turn off all lights and electronics when you leave the house each day, and upon check out.
