"Great staff, really helpful. Ski hire and lockers in the hotel was great. Short walk to main area. Only downside is the room was very small, but we knew this. Clean and convenient. Overall a great stay"

"Good residence for the family. We booked the top of the range suite, had 2 bathrooms. All the conveniences were there except a washing machine but fine for a stay less than a week. The property was very clean when we checked in and we returned it in a fairly clean state. The spa is good and the putside ..."

Poor service and communication
"No joining instructions were sent prior to arrival. The resort had no idea of the booking because it was a private apartment rented out on Hotels.com by another company. I had to call to get someone to tell me how to gain access to the apartment. The resort were going to charge me for parking but ..."
