Karuah Motor Inn

"Clean room and everything you needed."

Waterfront House with private beach access and stunning views

10/10 Excellent

"A secluded and picturesque sanctuary that made for an exceptionally relaxing getaway. The location offers stunning views of the cove, creating a truly tranquil backdrop for unwinding. The property itself is immaculate, beautifully furnished, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The boys enjoyed taking the paddleboards out on the water. Nicola was a great host—responsive, proactive and very helpful.Thank you for a wonderful stay; we truly enjoyed our time just chilling and taking in the peaceful surroundings."

Jamevin Mountain retreat - Hidden Gem Perfect for Families & Large Groups

10/10 Excellent

"Jamevin Mountain Retreat in Vacy was a wonderful place for 5 couples to stay for our annual Christmas in July get away. None of us had heard of Vacy or Paterson and as we wound our way to our venue, we thought that the countryside was just stunning. Of course, the winter sunshine was a blessing. The instructions on where to access the keys and then how to get to the property were excellent. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to add to the detail that the road from Vacy town to the property is long and uphill and winding. When we got there a fabulous fellow was stocking up the house with firewood, and he let the first couple to arrive into the property so they didn't have to wait for the others (with the keys). The place is large and has magnificent views. Two good size living areas, bedrooms and ensuites for all of us, and very comfortable beds. And it was very clean. Thanks to the owners for making this lovely place available to others for their enjoyment."

Bilby Spa Lodge Nature Retreat

8/10 Good

"My partner and I loved staying at Susan's property. The views were insane, having the wildlife around us was awesome to see, we saw a possum, Kookaburras, many kangaroos and wallabies. The jacuzzi was soooo good, we enjoyed our time in it with the amazing views close by. The fireplace was perfect for keeping the living room warm at night during winter. Some downsides is that all the bedrooms were locked, except for the large room for my partner and I, which is fine but misleading if you needed access to another room. A little misleading as you'd think you have access to the entire property, and I've never stayed at a place where they locked the rooms for the number of guests going. Three other small issues are that half of the lights on the property were not working and there are so many light switches it's a hard to find out which switch is for what. I wish the property had a bit more privacy in the backyard area. We can see other people in the cabins nearby, that's just personal preference and lastly the small heater in the bedroom did nothing to keep the room warm at night, but there were extra blankets available to use and the heater in the living room was perfect. Overall my partner and I had an amazing time, with plenty to do around and on the property. We would definitely go back."
