"I would especially like to commend the housekeeping staff. The cleanliness and upkeep of the suite were outstanding throughout our visit. It is clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work, and their efforts significantly enhanced our overall experience. Their professionalism and attention to detail deserve recognition. Unfortunately, our interactions with the front desk staff — specifically the evening staff — were noticeably less welcoming. Upon arrival, the check-in experience felt cold and impersonal. Rather than being greeted warmly, it felt as though we were inconveniencing the staff simply by checking in. Additionally, during our stay, I politely asked the front desk whether there might be a fork I could borrow. After what appeared to be visible annoyance, I was directed to ask the restaurant instead, without any attempt to assist further. While the property itself is stunning and our upgraded suite made for an unforgettable stay, the level of hospitality displayed by the evening front desk staff did not reflect the caliber of the hotel itself. A warmer, more guest-focused approach from the front desk team would greatly improve the overall guest experience."

"We were really disappointed with our stay at this hotel. One of the main reasons we booked here was to use the hot tub, only to find out it was out of service. That alone was frustrating, but the cleanliness issues were even worse. When we pulled back the sheets, we found blood stains that were clearly not ours, which was completely unacceptable and made us question whether the bedding had even been changed. To make matters worse, we also found an empty beer can wedged between the headboard and mattress that definitely did not belong to us. Overall, the room did not feel clean or properly maintained, and the experience was far below expectations. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again."

"They have breakfast but not egg cooking such as egg scramble, sausage, bacon etc not like other hotel provided BUT they do included hard egg, waffle, bagel, cream cheese, hot coffee, orange juice, yogurt, etc all goood!! "

"All the other that drove in my family were unaware of the $10 parking fee. (Several cars.) When we questioned the desk they were not nice! I am Shure it said it on the web sight but none of us saw it. That is the only thing that would keep me from coming back. Maybe a sign at the front desk would help."
