Surprised at high level of cleanliness, friendliness and comfort

Clean grounds and room. Friendly staff

We stayed in the hotel during the Round Top antique shows. It was not far from the activities. It was a quiet hotel and we enjoyed the time away.

Room was clean and well kept. Breakfast was excellent as they served real scrambled eggs one morning and eggs over easy the next.

Need to change mattress are uncomfortable, but was a incredible experience and the breakfast is delicious the better we ate in hotel. It’s like you live in a museum. GREAT

I was there for only one night but was very favorably impressed. The personnel were friendly and helpful, and the room was VERY clean and comfortable. - The only thing I questioned was the room rate. When I booked the room over the phone, I was told one rate, and, when I checked out,, I \was quoted a lower rate for which I have a receipt. Why were two rates quoted?

Great! Don't use cheap tickets to book your room as I did six weeks in advance and the took my money at time of reservation. Use booking or hotel and you will not have to pay until checkin time!

If you haven’t stayed here you are missing out!! To start out Miriam is there with a smiling face to greet you! She genuinely loves her job! Very comfortable room with soap, lotion, shampoo, and body wash containers mounted to the wall. That’s right no little bottles all you need to do is push on the container!! What could be better!

Great experience. Clean room. Check in and out super easy.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was excellent. Nice roomy interior, with generous counter space in the bathroom that is extra helpful. Everything was clean and new, and the wi-fi steady and strong.

Hotel staff, especially Kelly, went above and beyond to help. Hotel lobby, parking lot and Rooms were clean, the breakfasts were amazing and always had a huge variety. Stayed two weekends in a row. This is our hotel now, when we are in the area.Would recommend to everyone.

frandly staff!

This hotel did what I asked of it: a comfortable, clean, safe hotel/room with a courteous and cheerful staff. The room was very acceptable and comfortable. The breakfast was typical fare at these types of hotels: nothing special but it wasn't meant to be.

Pros Pet friendly Room was clean Hotel was nicely decorated Close to restaurants, shopping and downtown Bastrop The lobby staff was very friendly and helpful Cons Our room was not cleaned our first day there The second day it was not cleaned until late in the afternoon This was our second time staying at this hotel. The first time there were no issues. That is why we booked our reservations there this trip. We did have to go to the front desk to get extra towels and amenities since the...

I needed to travel to the are for a quick trip at the last minute. The staff was very friendly and helpful . I was very tired and they made some area suggestions. Also helped when I was so tired I was completely missing directions for the wifi that were very obvious. The place is very new amd I don't think anyone had ever slept in the room. Mattress was comfortable and ac worked well.

Our stay was great. My 7 year old son and I traveled alone for the 1st time to visit family locally, and felt comfortable and safe. We had to go back and forth to the car a couple of times for things we’d forgotten and for a late night snack, and never felt unsafe. It’s a cute, quiet little motel on well kept grounds, and well lit at night. The bed was super comfortable.

It was a great stay. Very clean. The breakfast was good too.

We really enjoyed it and the beds were so comfortable I would stay there again.
