"We loved the easy walk to the beach and how it was centrally located to all the amenities. I think the ice maker was not working and we were given manual ice trays to use and refill- I had not done that in an eternity. Might want to call a repair person to fix the ice maker for future guests. We had no problem bringing and using our own linens and towels. The other folks near us in the building were laid back and friendly. The beach was really nice, and so was the deck because it had great views. Please consider leaving a detailed binder or sheet with directions on how to operate the tv, as we have Direct TV not Spectrum at home and had to keep pressing buttons and could really never find the directory to access different tv programming. It was very time consuming and draining and my husband never was able to find the one baseball game that he wanted to watch. All things considered, we did enjoy staying in the condo and had a great week at Emerald Isle! Thank you!"

"Beautiful home with beautiful views and perfect private entrance to the beach. Kitchen has anything you would need.. beds are comfortable and perfect parking for us.location is close to grocery stores … restaurants .. shopping and fun activities if you choose to go out and about. If you choose to just stay on the property and enjoy the view there is board games and books and even DVD if you wanna just relax. Host was very responsive to any questions had. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning in the future. "

"We stayed in October during the off season and had a wonderful stay. The neighborhood was quiet and the weather was incredibly beautiful. We loved sitting on the lower and upper decks, both of which have wonderful ocean views. The pelicans and sea gulls privided constant entertainment and we saw porpoise just beyond the breaking waves on our last full day. I would definitely stay here again. "
