"Le logement est tout simplement au top ,il n'y a rien à redire Il est très propre ,très accueillant ,très bien equipé ,avec une déco agréable et cosy ,tout est très fonctionnel et la literie très confortable .La vue depuis la terrasse sur le canal et le jardin est très agréable et reposante,, l'endroit est très calme .De Belles balades sont possibles le long du canal ,à pied ou à vélo .Le stationnement est gratuit ,les hôtes sont sympathiques ,à l'écoute et discrets.Je vous recommande vivement...

"Clean Rooms, nice small Pool. On Check in Staff has to do everywhere in the Hotel and is not always on the Check in Counter. So you need to wait until you can enter the check in hall."

"We enjoyed our stay . Hotel has easy and safe parking facilities ( not free). The Mulhouse old town centre is within short walking distance.Our room was comfortable with a/c, and fridge. Very friendly and helpful staff for late arriving guests in the hotel’s restaurant . Good location to explore Alsace region wine routes."

"The room was clean and easy to access. A bonus was that it was air conditioned which was not mentioned in advertising. Their advertising said that they had a shuttle bus to the airport which was the main reason for our overnight stay but on arrival we were told that the shuttle bus does not operate in the busy holiday period which was totally unhelpful. I would stay there again but be warned that all is not as advertised."

"Lovely elegant old hotel that has been modernised over time. Spacious, clean bedroom and ensuite, very comfortable beds. Quiet and private, with a delicious breakfast on offer. Hotel staff friendly and helpful, very effective air conditioning. Well located hotel with nearby parking available, would highly recommend and would love to stay again :)"

"Checkin was a disaster compounded by unnecessary surliness and incompetence. They demand a 24 hour pre check in online and I did that noting that I would stop by at 1 pm to drop bags and avail myself of their luggage storage option. I received an email back thanking me for pre-check in. I showed up at 3 pm and there was a family from Montreal also looking to check in early. The phone didn’t pick up then a random guy came and accosted us for being early and I explained I spelled it out in the pre check in. He said to give him 5 minutes. That turned into fifteen minutes and then some other guy showed up and accosted us again and shut the door and left us out on the street in the hot weather. I found his language to be rude and abrasive as did the Montreal family. Finally some hotel guests took pity on us and let us in and showed us where the luggage storage was and we went to get some water nearby (why that was so difficult for the hotel staff Ill never know). I don’t know why they bother with the pre-registration kabuki. Then my room didn’t have a frying pan but there was a whisk and a spatula. After three days I gave up asking. It’s unfortunate because it’s a nicely renovated old building in a convenient spot though it was interesting that they have a placard at the front desk advising guests not to argue with staff so somehow the surliness is built into the hospitality illusion they offer. It was like a surly Fawlty Towers Totally uncalled for. C’est dommage."

"Nice big room with an iconic view. Near the tram for easy access to downtown. Kitchen had actual nonstick fry pan, spatula, pot for boiling, colander , cutting board and corkscrew. Everything I needed. Shower was a tub shower that could really use a grab bar but that’s the only demerit. Nice modern place to stay in an IKEA minimalist sort of way. Great A/C for the canicule."
