Independent studio with a surface of 40m2 in a villa surrounded by 40 hectares of greenery. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower and WC. Access to the 25m2 pool house below a restanque with fitted kitchen. Possibility to use the large swimming pool during the day.
Location: 30 km from the sea and 30 km from the Verdon gorges, a few minutes from the medieval village.

Wonderful week

We spent a great week in Anne's studio. Anne and her husband are very nice, discreet and helpful. The premises are very beautiful, the pool is fantastic and the nearby village of Flayosc is picturesque. We can definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

De belles vacances reposantes 😁

Ma conjointe, notre chien et moi avons passé une semaine inoubliable, dans un cadre idyllique. Un lieu de nature et une piscine qui permettent de se ressourcer. Des petits villages charmants aux alentours à visiter. Anne est une hôte d'une grande gentillesse, disponible et discrète à la fois. Nous recommandons ce lieu de vacances à 100%. Merci !

Séjour ressourçant

Nous recherchions une petite bulle de confort avec une piscine, ainsi qu'un grand terrain pour notre compagnon a quatre pattes. C'est exactement ce que nous avons trouvé que Anne et Alain, propriétaires très sympathiques et discrets qui nous ont aimablement reçu Malgré les fortes chaleurs la chambre reste très fraîche, et la piscine avec sa cuisine d'été ont fait le reste. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cette semaine très reposante.

Quel endroit magnifique !

Le cadre est incroyable et calme, la piscine très propre et plus grande qu’elle en a l’air sur les photos, Anne et son mari sont très attentionnés, discrets et sympathiques !! Vrai coup de cœur pour Anne qui est pleins de bon conseils pour visiter la région ! La maison est située dans un petit chemin comme il y en a beaucoup à Flayosc alors le mieux est de prévoir un petite voiture :) + très peu de traffic pour aller aux gorges du verdon ou à la plage Faites un tour à Tourtour petit village vraiment sublime juste à côté !

Très bon petit séjour à Flayosc ! Les locaux sont au top, la piscine est géniale et je ne parle pas des propriétaires: adorables !! Le jardin est entièrement clos, un + pour notre chien qui a été le bienvenu du début à la fin ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Comme chez soi et même mieux ....

L'endroit est calme, aménagé pour 2 personnes. La piscine est évidemment un gros plus et très bien entretenue. Deux salles de bain. Proche de toutes les commodités au village : magasins, restos, banque, poste .... Animations en soirée. Un endroit à recommander pour deux personnes qui recherchent du calme. Malheureusement, pas de connexion wifi.

Ein Träumchen

Anne ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin die uns wie Freunde empfangen hat. Wir sowie unsere beiden Fellnasen haben den wunderschönen Garten und die Unterkunft sehr genossen. Der Pool sowie das zugehörige Poolhaus war eine einzigartige Erfahrung die wir schnellstmöglich wiederholen wollen. Die Lage von Flayosc war für uns ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge aber Flayosc selbst hat auch viel zu bieten Kulinarik sowie liebenswerte Einwohner, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Danke Anne wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Très agréable

Séjour très agréable. Anne est une très bonne hôte sympathique et très discrète. Anne nous a également bien conseillé sur les visites à faire dans la région. La location est très bien située (150 m) du village avec toutes les commodités (commerces, restaurants....). La piscine est très appréciable après les excursions. Nous recommandons vivement cette location👍👍👍👍
