The approx. 108 sqm apartment in the 'Bürgerhaus am Oluf' has two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island and two shower rooms. The large windows offer a wonderful view of the famous Norderstrasse with the legendary hanging sneakers from Flensburg.

Sehr gute Lage für einen Besuch von Flensburg und Umgebung. Wohnung sehr geräumig, alles vorhanden, typisch Altbau mit Eigenheiten. Parkhaus gleich in der Nähe über kurzen Weg zwischen den Häusern. Cafés und Restaurants vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung würden wir wieder nehmen.

Eine stilvoll eingerichtete, großzügige Wohnung in bester Lage mit toller Altbau-Atmosphäre. Von hier aus lässt sich die Stadt bequem zu Fuß erkunden. Die Duschen sind allerdings nichts für große Leute.
