"Check in staff need more training. Very disorganised. Didn’t ask if I would like to charge anything to the room and take a credit card as security. So when went to bar they refuse a room charge. Had to go back to reception to give cred it car. Was lied to by the bar staff saying the system was down! ..."

"I was rather nervous about the hotel not having a reception but the code arrived a morning of our visit. Entry to Hotel and our room was very easy and the following day, we left luggage in appropriate locker, again using the same code. A perfect visit to Brighton"
