Furnished and equipped for 4 people, located on the 2nd floor, this apartment is ideal for enjoying a vacation with family or friends.
It consists of an entrance hall, a living room with sofa, 140 cm foldaway double bed, dining/living area with flat screen television. A kitchen area equipped with induction hob, mini-oven, washing machine, Senseo and electric coffee maker, fridge-freezer. A bathroom with toilet and shower as well as a bedroom with a 140cm double bed and wardrobe. Balcony with sea and Clape views. Parking space.


Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/single bed kit: 9.00 euros/towel kit : with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
WIFI BOX rental: €39/week
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (Not in cash or checks).
