Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

The apartment comprises :
- An 18 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed (160x200)...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with microwave oven, hob...

Outside :
- A 4 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The studio is ideally located in Fleury, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Studio le Neptune "Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans ce studio qui pour nous était idéalement bien placé. La décoration est très sympathique, et le logement était très propre. Son emplacement en fait un logement idéal car pas besoin d’utiliser la voiture. Tout se trouve a proximité (Spar en bas du logement, plage à 100 mètres, bar tapas juste en bas…). Seul petit bémol, le lit canapé était cassé lorsque nous sommes arrivés (complètement creusé au milieu). Notre hôte nous a bien informé qu’il serait très vite changé dans les jours qui arrivent. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir Florian et Julie"

Studio le Neptune Die Unterkunft war im großen und ganzen sehr gut. Leider ist uns zu Beginn unseres Aufenthaltes aufgefallen, dass das aufklappbare Bett eine deutliche Wölbung nach innen aufweist, weshalb das Schlafen nicht sehr bequem war. Ansonsten war das Zimmer perfekt für einen Wochentrip. War perfekt gelegen, wir konnten innerhalb von 1-2 Minuten den Strand, einen Supermarkt, sowie die Innenstadt zu Fuß erreichen. Die Kommunikation hat auch sehr gut funktioniert! :)

Studio le Neptune L’appartement est propre et bien placé, avec tout ce qu’il et nécessaire pour faire la cuisine et le ménage, il y a même des accessoires de dépannage pour la toilette. L’hôte et accueillant et très chaleureux, je recommande fortement de recourir à son logement.
