"The Hotel was nice and close to Mont St Michel with the shuttle at a few steps of property. The instructions for arrival and parking were very confusing I left my car at la ‘ferme de St Michel’ restaurant as per instructions while the Hotel did have private parking. I was surprised the Hotel did not have airco but then again on website it was not specified so can’t really blame them. When sleeping 4 the rooms have a queenbed in a second floor room but the stairs were a bit steep and dangerous at night if you have to go to washroom that is on first level only. So keep your kids always in lower floor. Beds were comfy and room was clean had a coffee machine but no complimentary water - we took water from the tap ( fine by me) People at reception were always friendly"

"The room was clean and suited us very well. It is a room in an older building, so the room was quite small with no room for any luggage and the amenities were simple. But we were prepared so there wasn't any surprises. The setting was magnificent, and yes I would most definitely recommend a stay on the mount!"

"Our stay was great but the check in process was confusing. We were supposed to get a code but didn’t. We showed up and didn’t know what to do to park. We tried calling the number but while listening to hold music the call would drop at 1 minute 19 seconds. Finally by the tenth call we got someone who was helpful. These are the reasons we gave a 4 instead of a five for staff. All the staff we interacted with in person were delightful. We checked in at the hotel on the mainland and they gave us a map which led to the office to do the actual check in. It was a little confusing but we got it. Once in the room it was great. An issue that isn’t really unavoidable and I didn’t dock any stars for is that there is a small forklift that moves on the street below at like 5 am. It’s noisy. Breakfast was included and it was fabulous. Beds were cozy. Very clean. Electric kettle in room with instant coffee and tea. I was very happy with these. Bottom line, I’d recommend this place. It’s so cool staying on the island and walking without backpacks. But make sure you get the parking code! They don’t just send it to you."

"The room was clean and adequate for a short stay. There was no fan or way to cool the room. The bed was firm. The breakfast is an additional 15euros and is at best worth 10 euros. It was not stocked well either. The staff was polite. The water machine poured warm water. There was No ice. I KNOW that is not common in Europe but be the "extra"ordinary....not the standard. The location was convenient. We would not stay again if we had other options."
