Nice apartment close to the sea and supermarket.Flic en flac is a seaside resort with a beach of several kilometers you will find deckchair restaurant at the seaside, disco, big game fishing, diving, swimming with dolphins ...

all this in 2 minutes by car less than 15 to 20 MINUTES FOOT I RECONFIRME FOR THERE WAS A FALSE COMMENT.

All equipment is provided air conditioning, washing machine, coffee maker ... There is a common swimming pool .the airport transfer is on request at the price of 40 euro. Scooter rental at 7.50 € day 50 € week and 160 € me. electricity there is a package of 1000rs included by me which is more than enough for an ecological point of view if you do not let the air conditioning 24 hours a day
 500 rupee will be required to pay the key collection fee and inventory to pay on the spot in rupee unless you take the airport transfer.

Bien mais peut mieux faire

Appartement conforme aux photos, mais pas de télévision pour les informations, coupures de liaison internet régulières, mini piscine, table et fer à repasser cassés, literie de mauvaise qualité. Adresse difficile à trouver dans un quartier en travaux. Propriétaire très peu disponible en cas de besoin. Le prix de la location est très satisfaisant.

Assez bien situé à 1,6 km de la plage, de l'épicerie Spar et de plusieurs restos.

Sur l'île, l'électricité n'est pas très stable, nous avons subi 4 pannes en un mois. l'Internet est encore moins stable, nous avons eu droit à celui-ci une journée sur deux en moyenne. La télé fonctionnait avec une série de dvd uniquement. Pas aucun canaux avec des nouvelles ou des émissions locales Les ustensiles de cuisine sont peu nombreux et le couteau à pain inexistant. Mais on se débrouille. Les autres locataires du complexe n'étaient pas encore arrivés. Nous étions seuls. Le soir nous avons beaucoup marché autour mais il y a beaucoup de chiens errants. Les habitants de Flic en Flac sont sympa et facile d'accès

No worries, No Problems

Overall experience was great. Communication between Pierre, Kevin and I was great. They let us be but where available if we needed something. The apartment was great and clean. There were some details that need to be taken care of but Pierre and Kevin mentioned it is on their to do list. The location is fairly quiet. A 15-20 min walk from the beach or a 5 min drive. There is a supermarket and many small markets plus other stores within driving distance if needed. Pool is small but good enough for kids to enjoy, even though I have seen adolescents enjoy the pool as well. Overall, I would definitely stay at this apartment again.

Appartement éloigné de la plage et des commerces

Positif : le lave linge et le frigo... Négatif : 1.4 km de la plage (+ 250 m si vous voulez louer des transats et parasols) et de "Spar", donc, le soir taxi obligatoire pour revenir avec les courses (200 roupies soit 5 euros)... 1.4 km : (ce qui n'est pas conforme à la localisation sur l'annonce....avec Google maps ce serait facile de localiser l'appartement de façon précise...mieux vaut avoir un véhicule....) Literie, canapé, cabine de douche à changer. Cafetière à détartrer..., Fer à repasser qui fuit... Il y a une chambre dont la fenêtre donne sur la cage d'escalier, et donc mieux vaut que les voisins n'oublient pas d'éteindre la lumière.... Pas de télé pendant 5 semaines ! Pour Le Wifi, nombreuses coupures souvent le soir... Pour le cyclone de mi-janvier, interdiction de sortir, mais nous l'avons fait pour acheter des bougies et des allumettes... Le "service au client" inexistant quand on a besoin de quelque chose... Le Week-end, c'est la fête dans l'immeuble donc difficile de dormir et la piscine à 1 m de la porte d'entrée, c'est la joie des familles qui vous réveillera.... Vous pouvez trouver des taxis vers l'aéroport à moindre coût Les échanges avec le propriétaire (il n'est pas sur place...) parfois difficiles et que dire de la "flexibilité" de l'heure de sortie....pour nous l'heure précise de départ était 8h impératif imposé par le propriétaire... !! Arrivée de la personne 8h20 départ à 8h27....... et notre avion était à 21h.... Donc nous sommes très déçus par notre location....

Einfache und preiswerte Unterkunft

In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Einige Dinge müssten allerdings mal repariert werden. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war nett und problemlos. Zum Strand sowie zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es 1,4 km. Zu Fuß haben wir 15-20 Minuten gebraucht, was für uns okay war. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Déjà , nous avons eu de la chance, que le garcon n'habite pas trés loin pour la remise des clées, car il nous a demandé en plus..500 Roupies non compris au contrat de base. Nous passons sur le fait,que la piscine ne pouvais etre Agréable que pour des grenouilles (Vu sa couleur). Autrement, pas de télé pour la semaine, autrement endroit très calme, vu le prix cela semble satisfaisant. Madame SPANU ISABELLE

Flic en Flac, back home again

We return to this village every year as it is not far from where I was born long ago!! and it is the first time we stayed far from the sea! The location was not correct on the map, nonetheless apart for a few issues we enjoyed the stay, it was very quiet and peaceful as there were no other resident staying except for dogs barking incessantly at early evenings.The pluses: small and compact , nice little kitchen, splash -pool just outside the front door. The negative: 20-25 minutes walk to nearest shop, need transport if one does not fancy cooking. Flic en Flac itself is beautiful, best beach but I may a bit bias as I come from near there. It has Most important services, money changers, car hire, pharmacy, supermarket, good public transport, police station and of course many eating places furthermore, doctors and clinics, and a state run health centre ( my wife had excellent care after she fell 2 years ago, requiring 4 stitches on her forehead,she was seen as soon after we arrived and we were out within 30 minutes) cannot beat this even in Europe. We hope to return to this apartment again next year.
