"Another amazing weekend stay at my favorite hotel in Milpitas. Everything was wonderful from the room to the food. Decided to check out the Ribeye Steak this time and I was not disappointed. Tender and perfectly cooked to temperature by head chef Darius. Definitely will be getting that again. Shoutout to bartender Maria on a perfect Long Island ice tea and great conversation. Front desk staff are definitely a shining light when you arrive. You’ll be happy with your stay from check-in to checkout. Any issues or concerns are quickly dealt with by the friendly maintenance staff. Great job guys. Look forward to my return weekend. . "

"This place is ghetto. Very dark and had a bunch of people hanging out in parking and someone living in a RV in the parking lot. Would never stay again. "

"The room had a distinct odor. We aren't sure what caused it, you nose adjusted to it after a bit. The room was satisfactory and met our needs since we were barely in it except to sleep for a few hours. The noise from other guests was off the charts. It felt like they were in the same room as us almost. Had a vending machine issue when the item we thought we were purchasing was not what we got and the item we got wasn't even a choice to be made. After a bit of conversation, the front desk finally gave use a bottle of water since that is what we paid for, not a soda (which is what came out)."

"I had a really great experience staying at Sonesta ES Suites San Jose Airport. From the moment I arrived, the customer service stood out. The staff at the front desk were welcoming, friendly, and made check-in super easy, which always sets the tone for a good stay. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. You can tell the hotel does a good job maintaining their rooms because everything felt fresh and organized when I walked in. I especially appreciated how quiet and relaxing it was, which made it easy to unwind after a long day. Another thing I liked was how smooth everything felt overall, from check-in to just coming and going during my stay. Sometimes little details make a big difference, and this place definitely delivered on that. Overall, I had a really positive stay and would absolutely come back again if I’m in the San Jose area. If you’re looking for a place near the airport that’s clean, comfortable, and has genuinely friendly staff, I’d definitely recommend this hotel."
