"Beautiful property, kind staff. Loved having room service and breakfast on property. Not a 5 star due to a long wait at check in. We arrived at 4pm, they appeared to have a difficult reservation in front of us but since there was only one staff member for 15 mins we waited. Finally a second staff member got us checked in. We reserved a room with a terrace, it was beautiful but if you want any sleep at all, you can't have a windy night. We were shoving pieces of cardboard into the exterior door to help seal the door better so it wasn't howling inside. "

"What a wonderful hotel. The atmosphere was awesome. Loved the snack and drink at the end of the night and the balcony facing the river was beautiful. Great place for a girls trip. "

"Overall for the price, definitely worth it and I'd stay again. But we did have a few small issues. We stayed 2 nights and night one, we noticed the TV connection was terrible. We called the front desk and the Manager said it started that 2 days prior and he'd try resetting the Direct TV receiver. This didn't fix it but we were exhausted and just went to bed. Over the course of the stay, the connection never changed. When I booked the room, I specifically booked a room with 2 queen beds, a sleeper couch and a roll away bed. Our room only has 2 queen beds. Again, fairly minor and overall I was pleased. "

"The property is a need of serious maintenance - as does the elevator with how jerky it is between floors. Also, the bathroom in the room was deteriorating and the rooms heater was not operational. The hotel smells of cigarette and weed in the bathroom, indicating people were using the shared bathroom ventilation for this purpose."
