"I was offered this property as my confirmed booking at another hotel was overbooked. Excellent place, hotel, view, staff, breakfast, etc. Wonderful place to stay as I attended a Penn State University Football game. I want to commend Addie the front desk agent, who got me a room, greeted me with a smile each night and was very helpful overall. I appreciated the breakfast lady who kept the breakfast bar full each morning. One morning as sausage and the next was bacon. Thank you again for a great stay."

"This lodge, while obviously a dated property, was well-maintained, clean, with comfy bed and pillows, and a refrigerator better than most motels I’ve been to. It was very adequate for our one-night stay, and the price absolutely cannot be beaten. It was good value for what we paid and we would consider staying there again when in that area. It’s in a nice location for restaurants and/or shopping. The ac/heat unit worked well."

The bed was comfortable and the room was on the ground floor with parking right in front of the door. The lighting was adequate for our needs and the only amenity that was missing was a coffee pot in the room. The color scheme was soothing and recently painted. Whenever we find ourselves in Hollidaysburg we would not hesitate to stay at the Rodeway."
