The room I was staying in looked tired and requires an upgrade but before leaving Donna was kind enough to show me other rooms including the 3 rooms in the Manor House. "All of the staff went above and beyond. The customer service was exceptional. The room was lovely and big and the beds very comfy. Was a little disappointed with the spa which is a bit tired and in need of refurbishment. Don’t book a treatment but the treatment rooms looked nice and relaxing "
