"Our stay was good, room was very clean staff very friendly. I only had one problem is that I reserved and paid for a triple room as I have two teenage sons but I was giving a family room with double bed and single. The guy at the desk was helpful and did apologise for the mix up. We didn't get our triple room as they had gone but it did spoil our stay as I just put boys in the same bed for the nights we were staying "

"Me and the wife stayed there when we went to watch Lionel Richie at the coop live. Great central location, 5 minute walk from the Ivy, 20 stores, cloud 23. Staff super friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and modern, the room was perfect as well with homely touches dressing gown, tea coffee etc. Just booked tickets to watch simply red in September and we will be staying here again. "Solid clean well equipped property. Tries a bit too hard to be cool but hey. The staff were just first rate. Every one friendly and helpful. As usual, a nightmare to connect to WiFi. Marriott is dreadful for that. But not this property’s fault. After about six attempts on each device it eventually sort of sticks."
