"We chose the hotel for proximity to the train station because we were just staying 1 night before going on the train. Wasn't expecting much for the price, but we were pleasantly surprised that the room was clean and quiet and ready for us to check in early when we arrived. A little far to walk to the centre, but the tram stop is just out front. Overall would rate it 7/10."

"I booked 2 rooms. When I arrived staff said there was an issue with one of the rooms so they had booked my friend in to snother hotel on the other side of the City. Staff said they had tried to contact us to tell is, which was untrue (phone number and email address given during online check-in). After a bit of discussion they managed to find a room for my friend at the hotel, even though it was fully booked (the room was next door to mine). Trying to sort it out seemed too hard to try for the male staff receptionist initially, until my friend refused to leave the hotel. "

"This is the perfect hotel, it’s right next to the autoroute. It’s clean, spacious and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast has a good variety of fresh food. We also appreciated the laundry facilities. By the way, the staff is so nice they were amazing! "
