"stayed at The Mozart Prague for 5 nights, May 19 through 24, 2026 and while the hotel itself is beautiful, my experience was disappointing because of how a simple issue was handled.
The location is fantastic, the building is stunning, and the room was lovely. Breakfast was good, and overall the property has a lot of charm.
However, from the first day of my stay, the TV in my room was not working properly. I called the front desk multiple times every single day and repeatedly asked for it to be fixed so I could watch Netflix in the evenings. One staff member came to the room, confirmed there was an issue with the TV, and told me maintenance would take care of it. Unfortunately, that never happened.
I stayed for 5 nights and the problem was never resolved despite my repeated requests. What frustrated me most was not the broken TV itself, but the lack of follow-through and communication. After a long day of sightseeing, I simply wanted to relax in my room, and I felt my concerns were largely ignored.
For a hotel of this caliber, I expected much better customer service and attention to guest requests. It’s unfortunate because everything else about the hotel was wonderful. Had the staff addressed the issue in a timely manner, this would have easily been a 5-star stay.
Beautiful hotel, great location, but the lack of response to a maintenance issue left a disappointing impression."
