Location, location, location.We very much appreciated that we were able to leave our bags early. There were 6 adults and it fit us perfectly, we were there to sleep and run about the city,the air conditioning was wonderful. Rooms are large and very clean I’d suggest a towel bar right on the outside wall of the bathroom/ shower to hang wet bath towels to dry , there’s none and add more privacy to the bathroom window, fyi stairs are steep leading to apartment if you have luggage

First the dirty pillows inside the white pillow covers, mildew on a wall from some water leak, bed blankets inside the closet didn’t smell clean, the white towels were not “white”. Showers were extremely small. Toilets worked fine, we didn’t use the kitchen, since we were in Florence to explore the city and enjoy the its food. The floors on the second room had some dirt stains in it, we overall didn’t fine the place clean. The stairs to the apartment were not an issue for us. The location it’s A++ very central, nice restaurants all around us, walkable location in the heart of the city. So location wise, place is great! The sheets of the bed were white like brand new. But the blankets and the the towels made us raise our eyes. The main bathroom windows need better coverage.

Refused to supply toilet paper on a Sunday

The property was in a great location. We found it completely unacceptable that they refused to bring us toilet paper because it was a Sunday. We were only supplied two half rolls in the bathrooms and had to go out of our way to find a market and purchase. That was NOT good customer service at all.
