We enjoyed the spacious apartment in the heart of Florence. Beds and furniture were comfortable and the AC worked well during the heat of June. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful with all our questions.

Anna and Julia hosted our entire family - six adults and three grandchildren for five incredible days. From the attention to detail in timely communication - the suggested activities - arranging for transfers - recommending restaurants and gardens off the beaten path (EdV - Garden with a View - to watch the fireworks was majestic!). Anna’s personal note - complementary wine and fruit - and ability to score Calcio Storico tickets for my wife and I - reveals her passion to make your Florence stay the most memorable and to want you to return - for the sights - the food - and the people!Thank you Anna and Julia - your service and property exceeded all expectations.

Great location, large apartment

Great spot. The apartment was not as well stocked as we would’ve hoped (laundry). The AC does not work very well and if you leave windows open be aware there are no screens so bugs will get in. We all left with many bug bites.

There are not enough great things I can say about this property and staff! The apartment was definitely one of the most comfortable and impressive places I have ever stayed. The space was huge and perfectly decorated and spotless. The location was absolutely perfect and Anna and Julia were incredible hosts. I would recommend this without any hesitation!!

Super spacious and quiet!

Great living room area to hang out with everyone. The laundry room was also very nice and useful. All the rooms so unique and beautiful. Everything was up to par! We couldn’t figure out the coffee machine but I wasn’t a big deal.

Palatial stay in Florence

Our family of 6 had a fantastic stay. We were in the heart of Florence and able to access all of the sights and then return to our comfortable apartment to relax and unwind. The apartment was beautiful with plenty of room for all of us to socialize, but also have quiet time if we wanted to! The gym was a huge plus, with brand new equipment and bigger than one would expect in downtown Florence.
