Excellent hotel!

This is a really excellent hotel, ideal location for the rail station and a short walk to the major tourist sites. Very friendly and helpful team. Very good value and would definitely look to stay again

The staff was friendly and very helpful from the front desk agents, breakfast attendants and the bar staff. Breakfast was excellent with many options. The bar in the evening offered snacks and great drinks. We highly recommend the property. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

We checked in very late about 9:30pm. The staff informed us that we could add euro30 to upgrade the room. Everything seemed fine until we used the shower, which had a completely blocked drain. This was very troubling as it flooded the bathroom (very inconvenient to clean) and also prevented us from showering at all. When we checked out then informed the staff about this matter, they were not very understanding (we showed him the photo) and only said that it wouldn’t happen next time. Frankly, I do not think we will be returning to this hotel after this so bad experience.

Wonderful oasis in Firenze

Excellent choice a stone's throw from the train station and the tram to the airport. The area looks busy, but the hotel offers a relaxing and welcoming accommodations, very modern, clean, with excellent staff at the front desk (best team I encountered in my last 10-12 travels) Very professional, perfect english. The "library" with coffee/tea/juices/cakes is a very nice touch. Would happily stay there again
