The Space

Just a 5-minute walk from Palazzo Pitti, our apartment enjoys a prime location paired with an intimate atmosphere. It is situated on the first floor of a historic building (no elevator).

The apartment has been recently renovated with style and great attention to comfort. It features a bedroom with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a living area with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes an oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, and a washing machine, along with a dining table for two.

Thanks to its strategic location, you can easily reach the Ponte Vecchio, Boboli Gardens, and the artisan workshops of the Oltrarno. A pleasant walk will also take you to the wonders of the historic center, such as the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Palazzo Vecchio, and the Uffizi Gallery.

Cozy, well-located, and well-connected, this one-bedroom apartment is the ideal base to explore Florence at your own pace, letting yourself be inspired by its Renaissance history and contemporary energy.

Guest access

The flat is entirely at your disposal.

Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM

As we don\'t have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.

Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.

Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:

From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends)

From 7pm to 8pm: €25

From 8pm to 10pm: €35

From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45

No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made previously.
