  • Welcome to our charming Florentine house located in Via dei Neri, in the beating heart of the Santa Croce district, in the historic center of Florence. Going up to the third floor of a historic building without a lift, you will be welcomed by a spacious, bright and welcoming apartment, ready to transform your stay in the Renaissance city into a pleasant experience.

    The living room will welcome you with its cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The well-equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious dishes with local flavours, and the dining table will be the ideal place to share tasty dinners with family or friends.

    The two bedrooms offer maximum comfort, with a cozy double bedroom and another equipped with a comfortable French bed. The two bathrooms, one of which with a shower, ensure optimal comfort for all guests.

    The apartment is equipped with many comforts, including TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave, ensuring a worry-free stay. The capacity to accommodate up to five people is made possible by the double beds in the bedrooms and the sofa bed in the living room.

Great location, easy access to all shops and museums, and be try beautiful interiors. I would greatly appreciate staying here again!

Had some problems, but overall stay was nice and they tried fixing everything in a timely manner

We loved this apartment. Great location and close to so many sites. It is a hopping street in the middle of the best sandwich shops. Very comfortable with everything we needed. Warm and comfortable during our early December visit. The two bathrooms were great for our family and the washer was appreciated. Loved the decor, historic frescos and traditional touches like the tile, doors and windows. Very responsive when we had an issue with a radiator.

After booking I received instructions via the Expedia messaging system that I would be assigned a concierge the morning of my check in hand over the keys and collect the cash(!) tourist tax. They kept saying the person would contact me on WhatsApp, even though I replied and said I do not have WhatsApp. I provided my train information and an estimate of when I would be there. I did not receive the contact until around 1pm, which is fine for a 3pm check-in. I had specifically filtered for properties with AC when I booked. As soon as I walked in the apartment was hot and he said there were only fans. Not great. The listing did not have AC when I checked again, so I guess that is on me. The next thing we noticed in the apartment was that there was a leak/running water in one of the bathrooms. The concierge made a video and contacted someone to come look at it, then took off. I had to wait an hour or so for the person to show up and make a temporary fix. The guy tried to leave without showing me that the bathroom was ready to use, nor did he provide any explanation of what he did or the plan to come back the next day. The MMEGA support chat (via Expedia) did explain further when I asked them to. I asked that I be given notice when someone came back to fix it. They didn't. The apartment is pretty, in that rustic way that means they kept most things original with minimal effort. It was hot, but we couldn't leave the windows open due to the constant sewage smell outside. Ugh.

Beautiful flat area fun, great shops. Restaurants air conditioning. Let me f****** know when it's 80 that you don't have air or fans, though. Silly little stand ups fans NOT worth it. 2 bedrooms 2 fans, a pullout couch..... no fan ... no ceiling fans come on people. What the f***...And don't tell me it was written in the description. Put it in bold black letters for us from the USA that have it that's air conditioning.
